Our story
Utmost Group is a leading provider of insurance and savings solutions.
Utmost Group has completed fifteen acquisitions over eleven years, establishing itself as a leading provider of insurance and savings solutions with assets under administration of £108.9bn and 500,000 customers as at 30 June 2024 (on a proforma basis assuming Lombard International was a part of Utmost from 30 June 2024). Our values define what we stand by and are the blueprint for how we conduct ourselves.

Through the year, Utmost Group purchases the closed Irish insurance businesses IBRC Assurance Company Limited and Scottish Mutual International Limited

Utmost Group purchases Aviva Life International from Aviva

Utmost Group purchases AXA Isle of Man from AXA, one of the largest UK providers of international life assurance. AXA Isle of Man is rebranded Utmost Wealth Solutions

Utmost Group purchases Augura Life Ireland and Altraplan Bermuda

Utmost Group acquires the investment bond business of AXA Life Europe
