It provides a single premium, whole of life, unit-linked life insurance policy. Clients can select from a complete range of investments including alternative and complex assets, which will be managed by a professional discretionary asset manager or investment adviser.

Clients have choice and control over when and where to take a withdrawal, as well as maintaining control around the assets passing to future generations.

International Private Wealth Portfolio is designed for investors who are resident in Chile and who are looking for a foreign compliant solution which can help them to manage their wealth efficiently.

The policy is suitable for lump sum investments of at least US$600,000, with the option for additional contributions. The policy offers enhanced death benefit options and allows flexibility around tax and estate planning.

International Private Wealth Portfolio policies are written and issued from our Irish life insurance company, Utmost Pan Europe dac in Ireland. Therefore, they benefit from Ireland’s strong insurance regulatory regime, Solvency II Directive rules, and Ireland’s robust policyholder protection regime. Additionally, 0% VAT is payable on asset management and custody fees, a unique advantage of taking out an insurance policy in Ireland compared to other countries.
