Utmost International Announces New CEO Appointments in the Isle of Man and Ireland

Utmost International announces the appointments of Karl Moore and Henry O’Sullivan as the respective CEOs of our Isle of Man and Ireland businesses.

Utmost International is pleased to announce the appointments of Karl Moore as the new CEO of Utmost International Isle of Man (“UIIOM”) and Henry O’Sullivan as the new CEO of Utmost International Ireland with effect from 1 April 2024. The appointments follow the retirement of Mike Foy, who was CEO of UIIOM for over seven years.

Both Karl and Henry have extensive leadership experience and knowledge of Utmost, having previously held a variety of key positions across the Group. Mike will be replaced by Karl, who is currently CEO of Utmost International Ireland, and is returning to the Isle of Man where he had previously held the position of CFO of UIIOM until December 2021. Henry will succeed Karl as CEO of Utmost International Ireland having been CFO of the business since 2018.

Henry’s appointment has been approved by the Central Bank of Ireland. Karl’s appointment, while approved by the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority, remains subject to regulatory approval by UIIOM’s other regulators.
