Fitch rates Quilter International Isle of Man and Quilter International Ireland at IFS ‘A’

Utmost Group is pleased to announce that Fitch Ratings has rated Quilter International Isle of Man Limited and Quilter International Ireland dac at Insurer Financial Strength (IFS) ratings of ‘A’ (Strong) with Stable Outlooks.
The rating action follows the announcement that Utmost Group (IFS of main operating entities: A/Stable) completed the acquisition of Quilter International business from Quilter plc The ratings reflect Fitch’s view that the Quilter International entities are “Core” to Utmost Group.
